Police Blotter: Arrests; Drug bust in Riverton this morning; Three minor wrecks reported in Lander

Samantha Gloy, 27, Riverton, Contempt of Court.
Jeffrey McDowell, 52, Riverton, Sweetwater County Warrant.
Levi Miller, 27, Riverton, Sheridan County Warrant.
At 8:42 a.m. on Tuesday, deputies were called to the 100 block of Buena Vista Drive in Lander for a report of a man in a hoodie sitting in the street and looking dazed.
At 11:41 a.m., a man near the sewer ponds outside of Lander requested a wrecker to help get his vehicle after it slid off the road.
At 2: 15 p.m., deputies received a report of the three people passed out on the bike path at the end of Railroad Avenue in Riverton. Capt. Ryan Lee wrote in a report that an intoxicated man was taken to the Emergency Room at Riverton Memorial Hospital.
At 3:59 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a verbal argument on Dalley Road near Riverton. The male half was arrested for a Sheridan County Warrant for non-payment of child support.
At 8:10 p.m., a man on Minter Lane in Riverton reported that someone stole stuff from his residence. HE said he knew who it was and had arranged to get the items back. Lee said the suspect was family member of the caller. The man did not was assistance from the Sheriff’s Office.
Riverton Police Department
*Sandra Harris, 45, Lander, Contempt of Court
*Kristin McIntyre, 31, Riverton, Interference and Possession of a Controlled Substance
*Police Captain Eric Murphy said the two individuals above were arrested after officers responding to civil standby at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of East Washington discovered an outstanding warrant on one and drugs on the other, apparently methamphetamine residue on a pipe. The case is still under investigation and other charges may be lodged.
The RPD received 24 calls for service on Tuesday.
At 104 p.m., police received a call from a woman who reported that she had been receiving harassing phone calls and emails from her ex and his new girlfriend. Police called the couple and told them to knock it off.
At 4:04 p.m. police were summoned to Riverton Memorial Hospital for a man who showed up there claiming he was a victim of an assault. The man, however, did not want to talk to officers, so they left.
Police were called to the alley behind the Sears store on North Federal at 5:39 p.m. where a small group of people were watching a man and a woman wrestling on the ground. Police determined the two were intoxicated, both were transported to the Fremont County Alcohol Crisis Center. There were no arrests or citations.
A man who came home drunk in the 800 block of North Broadway just after 8 p.m. and kicked in the back door to gain entrance to his residence apparently upset his girlfriend who also lived there. Apparently she did not care that he had been drinking and wanted him out of the house. The two were separated for the evening. No arrests or citations.
About a half an hour later, police were received a call of a woman being disorderly in the 500 block of North 15th East. Upon arrival, they found a woman who had been shouting obscenities and honking her car horn at someone inside a residence in that block. She was asked by responding officers to quiet down and leave the area. She did. No arrests or citations.
Police assisted ambulance crews at the CWC Equine Center at Gasser Road and North Eighth West for a 22-year-old person who had been knocked unconscious there in a horse accident.
At 17 minutes before midnight, officers from the RPD and Sheriffs Department were called to the area of Riverview Road and Majors Avenue where three horses were roaming around on the roadway. The horses were corralled and put into a pasture along the road. The owner of the horses was notified to pick them up.
Lander Police Department
Mona Blackburn, 52, Riverton, for an LPD Warrant.
Aaron Foster, 30, Lander, for six LPD Warrants. Lander Police Chief Jim Carey said Foster was arrested on the 200 block of Jefferson at 12:46 p.m. yesterday without incident. Carey said the warrants range from Tampering with a Water System to Open Container to Animal at Large.
Mark Johnson, 57, Lander, for a Probation Revocation Warrant.
LPD did some follow-up on a man who accidentally shot himself in the foot last week. No criminal action was found.
The department responded to three minor car wrecks yesterday. Due to a portion of the LPD’s computer system not working, Carey did not have many details. One was reported at the Fremont County Courthouse at 11:19 a.m. The second was on the 500 block of Eugene Street where a pickup truck struck a gas meter. The third was reported on the 400 block of Wood Street. Carey did not believe any citations were issued.
Police spoke with an individual at the corner of North Ninth and Main Streets about not clearing their sidewalks. The individual said they would remove the snow. No citation were issued.
At 5:33 p.m., police were called to Safeway for a disorderly customer. The caller said a man was upset about a shopping cart that apparently damaged his truck, Carey said. After police were called, the subject left, he added.
