Dancing with the Stars Lander is sold out, but there’s a live watch party open to the public

(Lander, Wyo.) – Primary tickets to the first ever Dancing with the Stars Lander event are sold out, but those who didn’t get tickets can still attend a live watch party at the Summit Restaurant.

A $20 cover gets entrance to watch live stream, snacks, and Fluffy Buffalo following the event. Doors open at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

The main event will take place at the Best Western Inn. Modeled after the popular television series, and local “stars” are matched with a local dancer to help raise money for Community Entry Service. Learn more here.

Additionally, organizers are clearing up a misconception about voting. Online votes do not count as purchased tickets. They are only tax deductible donations. “We are really sorry for this mistake…..online voters will be given a seat at the live remote show. If you bought a ticket for a seat ($60) you’re fine!”
