(Riverton, Wyo) – Going to the Fremont County Fair night shows are going to be slightly more expensive this year.

Night show tickets have gone up by $2.00 a piece, meaning adults will pay $12.00 to experience the two PRCA Rodeos, and $17.00 to enjoy the Truck and Tractor Pull and “new” Demolition Derby.


Kid’s tickets will be the same price as 2013. Pre-fair “Kool Nights” entertainment pack, for all eight nights, go up to $70.00. It will still be free for children under 5 to get in.

Promotional nights, including “Feds, Farmers, & Friends Feed Families” Night, July 26, as well as Military Appreciation Night, July 28 will feature tickets discounted from $1.00 to $2.00 each.


Two new night shows are added for 2014, the Knights of Valour, on Thursday evening July 31, will feature full-contact jousting on horseback, and the Invitational Skid Steer Rodeo showcasing skills of Fremont County operators on Sunday evening, July 27.

The last time ticket prices went up was for the 2010 Fair, when prices rose from $12.00 per adult to $15.00 per adult for the demolition derby.

The 2014 Fremont County Fair is July 28 through August 2. Come enjoy “Kids, Kritters and Kool Knights!”
