Fremont County owned business is a statewide leader with 17 locations and growing

Wyoming Wireless owner Dan McDonald, his wife Amy McDonald, Director John Souza and HR Director Tara Carr attended the Wyoming Safety and Workforce Summit last Wednesday and received big kudos. The team was given the Outstanding Business Contribution to the Workforce award. Translation: they care about their employees and they care about the community they live in.

Wyoming Wireless is all about community. They don’t just hire “store help” but have committed to training and education for every team member. Each person is crucial to the success of the organization and Wyoming Wireless backs it up with actions.

HR Director Tara says that “our philosophy is that each team member leave better prepared for success than when they began their professional journey with us. We promote from within, and our intensive on boarding process ensures we are prepared to meet the demands of a diverse and changing workforce.”
