The Central Wyoming College Board of Trustees and members of the Lander community on Tuesday toured the newly complete CWC Lander Center earlier this week.
The building is located just south of the Wyoming Life Resource Center off Highway 789. The building includes class and study space for CWC’s students.
The new building replace the old location on the 400 block of Main Street, which has been deemed inadequate for the college’s needs. Funding for the new multi-million dollar facility has been approved at 66 percent from the state, and the college will pay for the rest with $700,000 in short term bonds it has issued through Wells Fargo.
