Wyoming Wolves Holding Travel Team Tryouts for 5th & 6th Grade Boys

(Fremont County, Wyo.) – The Wyoming Wolves, Western Wyoming’s Elite High School Basketball Travel Team, is holding tryouts for its Jr. Wolves traveling team.  Tryouts will be held on Thursday, November 5th from 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm at Lander Valley High School in the Auxiliary Gym.  All 5th grade and 6th grade boys in Fremont County who are interested in playing on the traveling team are encouraged to attend this tryout.

(Riverton, Wyo.) – This adorable Hound pup is Georgia! Georgia is only 4 months old and if you can’t tell by those big floppy ears and puppy dog eyes she is a sweetheart! Georgia is very affectionate and is always looking for someone to cuddle her. Georgia gets along great with other dogs but can get a little scared and intimidated by dogs that play rough.

RMEF Women for Wildlife Fundraiser- Ladies’ Night Out

(Lander, Wyo.) -The Lander Red Canyon Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is hosting a fun evening out for the ladies to raise money for this amazing organization and the projects they support. The theme for the banquet is ‘Wizard of Oz’ and everyone is encouraged to dress up as their favorite Oz character (costumes are optional). Prizes will be awarded to the top costumes of the evening.

(Riverton, Wyo.) – Meet the adorable brother and sister duo, Jesse and Rain. These two cuties are 9 week old Border Collie and Heeler mix pups. They were brought to Paws by a nice lady after they wandered into her yard looking for food. Both pups are in good health and are sure to brighten your day with endless puppy kisses. They are both spayed and neutered, current on vaccinations, de wormed and micro chipped. The adoption fee for one of these adorable pups is just $100.00.

New Massage Business Opens Shop

(Lander, Wyo.) – Lori Ann Helgeland has been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2007. She received her training and certification in Madison, WI and has been doing massage in Fremont County for the past seven years. Lori wanted her clients to have a quiet, peaceful and zen place to relax and feel comfortable. Thus, Healing Hands opened its’ doors to the public on September 21st, located on Main Street in Lander.
