Kim Stoll, 84, of Riverton passed away at his home on Thursday, April 26, 2018. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
Kim Stoll was born in Riverton, WY on February 13, 1934 to Landis and Betty (Nowlin) Stoll. He grew up in Fremont County with his brother and sister, attending country schools. After graduating high school he entered the U. S. Military and was deployed to Korea.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
When he returned from the service as was with most Wyoming men of the time, he went into the oil filed and worked all over Wyoming, Alaska, and for a short time back East.
In 1988 he married his wife, Dorothy Anne Agans and was married for 28 years before she passed in December of 2016.
After retiring he enjoyed spending time fishing, traveling, riding his tractor, working in his shop, and just being in the outdoors. When he was younger he was a Bareback Bronc Rider in the rodeos but with age he just enjoyed watching the rodeos. He loved being with his family, friends, and animals.
He is survived by his children, Jeff Stoll, Todd, Sickles, JoElla Cole, and Stephanie Sickles; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Landis and Betty Stoll, wife, Dorothy Stoll, brother, Bryan “Red” Stoll; and sister, Barbara Stoll-Sage.
